We pick up your vehicle at home or work
Your driver will collect your vehicle at your home or work. Detailed pickup instructions, including key handover, will be communicated in your booking confirmation email.
They will do a pre-inspection, and take photos of any existing damage, just like when you rent a car.
We do the waiting while your car is serviced
Your GoValet driver will drop your car off at your mechanic or dealership.
Your dealership will contact you directly with any questions about repairs and service. Drivers are always nearby, so they can collect your car up once service is complete and return it to your door.
We return your car just how we found it…only better.
Once repairs are complete, your driver will photograph the vehicle before leaving the mechanic to ensure everything is as it should be. They will then return the vehicle to your home or work and photograph it one last time to confirm no damage has occurred in transit.
Lastly, they will thoroughly sanitize all high-touch surfaces to keep you safe.
